Today, Malvern Rowers continued the tradition of competing in the annual Schuylkill Navy Run, commonly referred to as the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot. The challenging course consists of 5 and 5/8 miles of hilly terrain. The race starts at Malta Boat Club on Kelly Drive, winds up and down through Fairmount Park, returns by way of Brewery Hill, down Kelly Drive and back to Malta. The top finishers from Malvern were Jeremy Gonzalez who placed 21st out of 241, Bill Doughty who placed 38th/241 and Dan Schwarz who placed 42/241.
